OUR LOCATIONS

Our center piece in HAMBURG, Germany:
Pictures with sensual curves, a cheerful dose of pink and lots of good vibes meet the industrial chic of exposed concrete with a large glass front in our modern office on the 10th floor of the ‘Silo’, a former grain silo at Hamburg-Harburg's inland port. A glance inside our headquarters shows that at SugarShape, we work hard AND play hard... we enjoy our work! Loud laughter echoes through the corridors as the marketing team shoots another funny Instagram story. In the product development office, enthusiastic employees queue up to try on the latest bra samples. business development is testing new software designed to make it easier for our customers to find the perfect bra. Coffee, fruit and chocolate are always on hand to boost creativity or calm nerves. After a delicious lunch in one of the many restaurants just outside the door, the team goes for a walk by the water or runs errands in the nearby pedestrian zone. In the team chat, customer service shares the most touching customer messages of the day, which are the greatest motivation for our hard work. The management team meets for a weekly ‘scaling up’ meeting to work on the company strategy with an inspiring view of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall. And later, everyone gathers for a stand-up meeting to update each other on how the OKRs are going, our ambitious quarterly goals set by the teams themselves. Our dress code: come as you feel like! Because our uniform is our growth mindset!

Our treasure trove in LÜNEBURG:
Can a warehouse be cosy and professional at the same time? Absolutely! Our bright logistics centre with plenty of natural light in Lüneburg (near Hamburg) is our ‘treasure trove’ and the atmosphere is always cheerful. There's always a radio playing somewhere and some sweet treat is never far away. We've come a long way since our beginnings in our founders' parents' garage – almost 2,000 square metres, to be precise. And yet we have retained our family atmosphere. The only elbows you'll see here are when we all roll up our sleeves because our shop is once again running hot after a well-known influencer has come out as a SugarShape fan. We are particularly delighted when we receive little thank-you letters from our customers all over Europe, who really appreciate our lovingly packed parcels. We are also passionately pursuing our path to greater sustainability, e.g. with packaging made from grass and sugar cane. And our friendly logistics team will be happy to explain how to build a sofa out of old bras and how to find any item at the touch of a button in ‘chaotic warehousing’ during your introductory meeting.
