Do you have a code for the SugarShape store? Here's how to redeem it:

1. Select your desired items in the store and add them to the shopping cart by selecting your suitable size next to the item and clicking on "Add to cart"
2. Then click on the top right of the page to display the "shopping cart"
3. Then click on "Shopping cart" at the top right of the page
4. Select "Check out" or have the shopping cart displayed again in detail and then go to "Checkout"
5. Enter your SugarShape code below your selected items and confirm it by selecting "Apply"
6. The discount or voucher value will now be automatically deducted from your order total

You can only redeem one discount code per order, but as many gift voucher codes as you like. Gift voucher codes can be combined with discount codes.

Simply measure yourself with a tape measure and use our size calculator. There you will also find detailed instructions on how to measure yourself correctly. If you don't have a measuring tape, we will be happy to send you one free of charge.

Are you unsure about choosing the right bra or just want to be surprised with beautiful lingerie and swimwear? Then our VIB Box is just right for you! To receive a VIB Box, simply fill out our VIB Box questionnaire. Based on the information you provide, your personal fitting expert will put together a selection of 3-4 sets and send them to your home free of charge and on account. You can try on our recommendations in the comfort of your own home and only keep and pay for what you like. You can exchange the rest free of charge or send it back to us free of charge.

Our VIB Box is not a subscription, it is a one-off shipment and you are not obliged to keep anything. Our tops usually cost between 50 and 65 €, our bottoms between 15 and 30 €. Please note that shipping can take some time because your fitting expert puts a lot of effort into putting the box together.

The VIB Box can currently only be ordered from Germany and Austria.

Once you have placed the items of your choice in your shopping cart, the system will guide you through the checkout process. Here you can, for example, change your delivery address and select your payment method. Your successful purchase and shipment by DHL will be confirmed by email and your new treasures will soon reach you.

If it doesn't fit right away, you can return all items (except gift vouchers) within 14 days. Returns are free of charge in Germany and Austria. Please note our returns policy.

Bra charms are small pendants that you can attach to the center bridge of your bra. This allows you to individualise your bra and give it a personal touch.

You can currently order normally from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Cyprus.

The VIB Box can currently only be sent to Germany and Austria.

To ensure that you enjoy your SugarShape treasures for a long time, you should follow the care instructions below. We recommend washing our bras, bra tops and swimwear by hand.

Our panties can be washed on a delicate cycle at 30 degrees.

We recommend that you do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean our lingerie and swimwear and only wash them with similar colours. Our Bra Charms should never be washed together.
